About the Role

Gollücke & Rothfos is part of the Volcafe Group and a reliable supplier of raw coffee for roasters of all sizes. We benefit from our own network of origins, which represents us in more than 15 growing countries with our own companies and gives us valuable, unfiltered insight.

We are looking for a reinforcement of Global logistic team with a Logistic Coordinator based in Bremen.

The Logistics Coordinator will work within the outbound logistics team, based in Europe. They will be an experienced supply chain professional who can join in driving the business forward.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations

· Improving the operational and logistic aspects of the business

· Overseeing all aspects of logistics management to efficient flow of green coffee to our


· Optimizing shipping and transport procedures

· Communicating with vendors and customers to achieve satisfaction

· Preparing accurate and timely reports for upper management


Skills & Qualifications

· A Supply Chain professional with experience in physical commodities

· Ability to work in a complex global matrix organisation

· Experience of international documentary requirements for the movement of goods by sea

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.

· Highly Motivated individual with the ability to work under minimum supervision

· Proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with

individuals at all levels and across departments.

· Displays clear accountability and ownership of tasks and objectives

· Willingness to travel globally if needed
