HRIS & Reward Analyst - HR

The Role

We are looking for an experienced HRIS & reward analyst to work within our highly diverse business.  You will have the opportunity to make a real impact working on a range of areas involving HR systems across HR. A major focus will be on the annual compensation review cycle providing technical and analytical support to drive the decision making process.

Responsibilities


HR Systems:
 Develop a road map for HR systems portfolio and suggested efficiency improvements.
 Systems maintenance including security and backup procedures.
 HR systems application development.
 Understand and develop access and data controls for HR systems.
 Maintenance and ownership of user process notes for HR systems.
 Develop and understand system tools used to facilitate reward process management.
 Provision of statistical analysis on market, HR and employee data.
 Coordination, validation and updating of data for HR systems.
 Record keeping for global mobility population.
 Management of service providers for all HR systems.
 Interaction with internal IT department to ensure compliance with IT procedures. 

HR & Reward Analytics
 Prepare dashboard reporting on key HR analytics to present meaningful and accurate summary reports for management.
 Collation, analysis and presentation of employee data in relation to the annual compensation process. 
 Preparation of data to support market survey participation and benchmarking.
 Excellent understanding of HR systems and ability to manage data.
 Develop a good understanding of the HR and Business environment.

Skills & Qualifications


 Experience of managing HR systems.
 Experience of analysing, interpreting and presenting complex employee reward data is essential.
 Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential, in particular the ability to identify relationship between numbers and discern patterns and trends.
 Advanced level Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP and macros.
 Thoroughness and attention to detail is vital.
 An enquiring mind with a proactive approach to problem solving.
 Ability to deliver on deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
 Awareness of compensation and reward concepts in an international context is a distinct advantage.
 Ability to present data concisely using charts, graphs and commentary.
 Excellent team player with the capacity to share the department’s enthusiasm for the environment in which we operate.
